These Terms govern your access to and use of Atlas's website, evaluations, and funded-account programs. By creating an account or purchasing an evaluation, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Atlas provides
Atlas offers simulated trading evaluations and, upon passing, funded evaluation accounts traded with the firm's allocated capital. Accounts are conducted in a simulated environment. Atlas is a proprietary trading firm, not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and does not accept customer deposits for trading.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Atlas is not available in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions. We may require identity verification (KYC) before provisioning a funded account or processing a payout.
3. Fees, discounts, and refunds
Evaluation fees are one-time charges shown at checkout. Discount codes apply only to the account fee, not the activation fee, and only when applied. Activation fees may be billed at funding when you select the no-activation option. Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once an evaluation is activated.
4. Program rules
Each account is subject to the rules published on the site and in your dashboard, including profit targets, trailing drawdown, minimum trading days, consistency requirements, payout cadence, and prohibited trading practices. Violating a rule may result in loss of the account. We may update rules prospectively; material changes will be communicated.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not engage in market manipulation, exploitative or non-genuine trading designed to abuse the simulated environment, use of unauthorized automation, account sharing, or fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set with counsel]. Disputes will be resolved as set out in the final version of these Terms.
