Risk Disclosure
Last updated: June 2026
This is a plain-English template, not legal advice. Have a qualified attorney review and finalize this document before launch.
Trading is risky. Please read this disclosure carefully before purchasing an evaluation or trading any Atlas account.
Substantial risk of loss
Trading futures, and (as they launch) crypto and foreign exchange, involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. You can lose access to an account by breaching its rules. Only participate with money you can afford to allocate to evaluation fees.
Simulated environment
Evaluations and current funded accounts are conducted in a simulated environment using the firm's allocated capital. You are not trading your own deposited funds in live markets, and you do not own the underlying positions. Real-money live-capital accounts are described on the site as a future offering.
No advice; no guarantee
Atlas does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to trade. Past performance and hypothetical results are not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee you will pass an evaluation or receive a payout.
Fees
Evaluation and activation fees are described at checkout and are generally non-refundable once an evaluation is activated, except as required by law or expressly stated.
